• Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

  By June 30, please mail in the included RSVP card that came with your invite, or send either one of us a text or call.

• What should I wear?

  Cocktail attire, but comfortable for an evening of fun and dancing. We have no color preferences.

• What is the wedding day itinerary?

  We ask that our guests arrive at or a bit before 5:30pm. We will have our ceremony, followed by a cocktail hour, then the dinner meal. The rest of our evening will be dancing, with the sparkler send off at 10:55pm.

• Can I take photos at your wedding?

  We politely ask that you refrain from photographing or recording the wedding ceremony. We do encourage you to take photos during the reception of you, your table, and others near you and to send them to us afterwards!

• Will you be live streaming your wedding?

  Yes! If you cannot attend the wedding in person, please include a note with your RSVP and we can provide you with the Zoom link if requested.

• Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

  Our venue is primairly indoors. (There are small outdoor elements like the send-off, but everything is indoors.)

• What accomodations are available?

  We have a hotel block arranged at a rate of $179/night. We have the block held until July 11, so please book by then. If you wish to book through the hotel block, please call Hotel Denim at (336) 272-4737 and tell them you’re booking for the Gucciardi-Osaka wedding. There’s someone at the front desk 24/7! There are multiple other hotels in Downtown Greensboro, and many great AirBnB options as well. It is also a short drive from High Point, NC which offers more accomodation options.

• What type of food/drink will served at the wedding?

  We will have small bites during the cocktail hour (with an open bar!), followed by a buffet style sit-down dinner prior to music & dancing.

• What if I have a dietary restriction?

  Please send us a text or call and we will do our best to make sure you are accomodated!

• Where is the venue?

  We are holding our wedding ceremony and reception at Cadillac Service Garage (304 E Market St. Greensboro, NC), in Downtown Greensboro.

• What is the parking availability like?

  The venue has parking available, as well as moderate street parking.

• Do you have a wedding registry?

  Our registry is at The Knot. Please do not feel obligation to gift us, your presence at our celebration is a gift enough!
